Frankfurt am Main, 6 August 2026 – SunExpress, the joint venture of Lufthansa and Turkish Airlines, has updated its SunCafé menu with a selection of new products and refreshed combo deals for the summer holiday season.
The new range is available on all international flights, including services from SunExpress’ 10 UK and Ireland departure airports.
New on board menu with fresh flavours for summer
The SunCafé product range has been expanded with a variety of new options across meals, snacks and drinks. On the savoury side, passengers can now enjoy a White Cheese Sandwich and Pizza Margherita Double Cheese.
In the snacks category, those with a sweet tooth can look forward to M&M’S Chocolate Candies, Skittles and granola bars, while the Keto Protein Bar by Rawsome offers an additional choice for passengers looking for a high-protein snack.
For those who prefer something salty, Taco Chips with Salsa Sauce and Gluten-free Mini Crackers are now available on board.
The drinks range has also been refreshed, with new additions including Starbucks Triple Shot Espresso Ice Coffee, Nescafé Express Americano Iced Coffee and PIN Cool Lime Iced Tea. The alcoholic drinks menu has also been expanded with Heineken Lager and Bottega Lemon Spritz.
In addition to its onboard SunCafé selection, SunExpress also offers a wide range of pre-order meals, combining Western European flavours with Turkish-Mediterranean specialities. The selection includes hot and cold breakfast options, hearty main courses such as Adana Kebab and Chicken Café de Paris, an afternoon tea menu, and dedicated children’s meals.
Updated combo deals make it easier to save
SunExpress has also refreshed its popular combo deals on international flights, making it easier for passengers to choose well-matched food and drink combinations at any time of day. Early morning travellers can opt for the Breakfast Combo, which includes a croissant and a hot drink. For a quick bite, passengers can choose a warm snack, such as pizza, paired with a chocolate bar, while those with a bigger appetite can enjoy a warm meal with a soft drink.
By purchasing items as a combo deal rather than individually passengers can save money as the combos start at £5.59.
Product of the month to explore new products
An addition to the SunCafé concept is the introduction of a rotating product of the month, giving passengers the opportunity to try new items and discover their next favourite snack at an attractive promotional price on board.
Liane Wagner, Manager Inflight Experience at SunExpress, said: “Our onboard range is designed with our passengers at the centre and continues to evolve in line with their needs, tastes and expectations.
“For the summer holiday season, we have enriched our offering with new products, thoughtfully crafted combinations and regular promotions, bringing more choice, comfort and moments of indulgence into the journey, and making every flight feel a little more special.”
Flexible payment options on board
Products from the SunCafé range can be paid for on board by credit card, using Visa or Mastercard, or in cash in euros. As of now, card payments can also be made in GBP on flights to/from the UK.
Passengers paying by card save up to 34 percent compared to cash payment.
