Terms & Conditions
SunSecure is available only during the initial booking process for eligible international and connecting flights. It cannot be added after booking via Manage My Booking or Online Check-in.
The price starts from €12.99 per passenger and per flight and varies depending on the booked fare. For connecting itineraries, SunSecure is charged only once per passenger.
Flights can be cancelled up to 14 days before the scheduled departure to qualify for a refund under SunSecure.
If you cancel within the eligible period, your flight fare and Taxes & Service Charges will be refunded in accordance with the applicable conditions.
The SunSecure fee is non-refundable. Any additional services purchased with your booking (such as baggage, seat reservations or other ancillaries) are also non-refundable.
SunSecure applies to the passenger(s) and flight(s) for which it was purchased and is valid only for eligible bookings on International flights and connecting flights.
